Clerkify provides real estate clerical and administrative support services for residential real estate transactions in Ontario. All services are performed under the supervision of a licensed Ontario real estate lawyer. Clerkify is not a law firm, and nothing on this website constitutes legal advice.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes only. You must not use the site to violate applicable laws, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site, or transmit harmful or disruptive content.

3. Engagement of Services

An engagement for services is established only upon written confirmation from Clerkify following receipt of your file information and instructions. The submission of a contact form or inquiry does not constitute a binding engagement. Clerkify reserves the right to decline any file at its discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes including HST. Final fees are confirmed in writing prior to closing and are due upon completion of the transaction. Additional charges may apply for services outside the original scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information as required to process their file. Clerkify is not liable for delays or complications resulting from incomplete information or circumstances outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clerkify’s liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in connection with which the claim arose. Clerkify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Clerkify and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
